Vietnamese Child #13

Vietnamese Child #13 is in my second collection of portraits of Vietnamese children from 1968. My husband, serving as in Infantry Officer in Vietnam, took snapshots of several children standing near the Cambodian border. My portraits (in oil, charcoal, and pencil) serve as my way to consecrate and honor them. The first collection is compiled in a book, Where Are They Now? Children of Vietnam, 1968, available through Blurb Books.
